ProCarthy was founded in 2022 by former professional players and highly educated coaches on & off the pitch — Vincent Probosz and Dan McCarthy, with one mission: to prepare serious athletes for the next level — college and beyond.

 

After years competing and coaching at elite levels, Vincent and Dan saw the gap between average training and what high-potential players actually need, to succeed. At ProCarthy, we bridge that gap with focused, high-performance development built around modern demands — technical sharpness, tactical IQ, physical resilience, and the mindset to compete and excel at the highest level.

 

This isn’t recreational. It’s not for everyone. ProCarthy is built for the athlete not willing to take no for an answer, chasing a dream, a college roster spot, a pro contract, or a pathway to the top. We’re here to push, guide, and elevate — every session, every rep.
