Manny Aranda III

El Paso, TX

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas - began his soccer career with the West Texas Rush travel team, representing various states across the United States. His career progressed to playing at NCAA DII school, Holy Names University, before transferring to Grand Canyon University in the NCAA DI. Following a successful collegiate career, Manny continued his football in the USL & NISA Leagues. Pivoting into the coaching world, he now specializes in position-specific training where he incorporates cognitive strategies and a philosophy of soccer being a game of recognizing patterns and spaces.

Joey Ciochetto

Moreno Valley, CA

With a footballing career that began at a very young age, Joey brings a wealth of experience and passion to both the pitch and the coaching field. His diverse past includes a stint in Scottish professional football, and extensive youth soccer involvement through club and academy levels. Currently, Joey still plays with World Cup Qualifier challengers - Guam National Team - as well as Irvine Zeta FC, a Division 3 professional team.  Joey believes that successful players have to excel in technical skills, game awareness, and psychological confidence. His coaching philosophy focuses on mastering the core technical abilities, understanding game dynamics, and building a high soccer IQ.

Joe Flanagan

Former collegiate and professional player, Joe is the all-time leading goal scorer at CSU Dominguez Hills, earning All-Far West Region and All-CCAA honors three times. Following a very successful collegiate career, he went on to enjoy a professional career in the Independent Soccer League, CISL, and the APSL. Transitioning later to coaching, Joe became the winningest coach in the history of Cal State Dominguez Hills men's and women's soccer. He led the men's team to NCAA Championships in 2000 and 2008, and guided the women's squad to the NCAA title game in 2009. Under his leadership, both programs combined for two NCAA Titles, six NCAA West Region crowns, nine CCAA Championships, and 19 NCAA postseason appearances. Many of Joe’s players have gone on to sign professional contracts, including Tony Alfaro (Seattle Sounders), Alex Bengard (LA Galaxy), and Kei Kamara (English Premier League & MLS) to name a few.
